Steve Zaffron is co-author of the best-selling book, The Three Laws of Performance: Rewriting the Future of Your Organization and Your Life, and CEO of the Vanto Group, a global consulting firm that designs and implements large-scale initiatives to elevate organizational performance.

Steve has directed major corporate initiatives with more than 300 organizations in 20 countries. He holds a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
